It is a mid range card by todays PC standards,however it will max out 99% games at 720p.

And it absolutely thrashes any console.

If you dont want to be convinced by this way,then see the console prices in pounds and then see how much % is the PC more expensive.

altho i agree with some of your points. But if Mr. Ballmer is telling business' not to upgrade, Imma take that as he does not have confidence in the product and as an individual i will not buy it. Im sorry, but Vista has giving me nothing but problems since Day 1 of its launch and it goes down as one of the worst OS' I have owned in my 20yrs of being on the PC.

I use it for business and pleasure and both ways are not good at all. Its slow and buggy! My old company upgraded for free to Vista and 2 months later dropped it. I dont have 1 friend that uses Vista, they tried it and all dropped it. If windows 7 sucks as bad as Vista, then I will just use it for games and then go back to XP for everything else.

I just wish M$ woudl quit half a$$ing everything they make. From the 360 to Vista its all rushed, doesnt run well and is full of bugs.

In XP my dual core shows it's limitations when I run a virus scan and lavasoft at the same time and then try to browse the web.In vista I was quite surprised that I could do those 3 things simultaneously quite a bit more smoothly than in XP.

Why not just use 32? Seriously, the difference from 3-4GB isn't that big :? Esp. with all these issues............X360PS3AMD05

Hmm, OXM did a review of MGS4 and gave it a 9.9. Its quite interesting that they gave gears2 a 9 though. Its going to be really interesting to see how this unfolds with other review sources.GreyFoXX4
