@ Fightingfan: My question comes from the mindset that trophies are stored locally on your hard drive. I was not sure if any part of your profile was copied to some kind of global server so that you can access it from another system.

@ Eden: Wouldn't this make transferring the trophies to another system essentially pointless if you can't earn any others without a new save file?

Is there a way to transfer my PS3 profile/trophies via the online system to another PS3 much the same way that you can for the XBox 360? That seemed like a cool feature, so I was just wondering if it was possible with the PS3 as well. If not, can this be done via a memory card or thumb drive of some sort?

Thanks!

An ex-roommate of mine installed CoD: WaW on my PS3 and accidentally used my account to play, so now I have this game listed in my trophy collection. I neither own nor have any interest in ever playing this game. (Let's not get into that, just please focus on the issue at hand ...) Can I delete this game from my list of games I can earn trophies for? (I already deleted the save data and the game data from my PS3.)

Thanks!

Much appreciated. That's very helpful. I just found my 2-year product replacement plan, so it shouldn't cost me a penny.

I have the God of War special edition PSP Slim. My analog nub clicks in everytime the slightest bit of pressure is applied to it. (It's not like the L3/R3 buttons on the PS2/PS3 controllers. It just depresses and doesn't pop back up.) This, for whatever reason, makes it impossible for my character to run towards the camera (down on the analog nub) in GTA: LCS and GTA: VCS. Has anyone else experienced this problem. Is it supposed to "click" down?

Thanks.

This is probably a stupid question, but I'd like to see if I can get a definite before I do this. I haven't really spent much time in the PlayStation Store, so I was unaware until recently that you could DL full PSP games from there. Essentially, my question boils down to this: I have save files for 3 PSP games that I had from running off of the UMD games. I feel it would be muhc more convenient (especially with a portable console) to just be carrying around an extra memory card or two instead of a ton (when my collection increases ...) of game discs. If I DL these games from the PS Store onto my PSP, would my save files still work or would there be some kind of UMD/DL game file compatibility issue. Like I said, it's probably a stupid question, but if there is an issue, then I'd reconsider my decision, because it's not like I could return the games or pawn them off on eBay like I would be able to with the actual UMD's.

Thanks!

I recently played around with PS Home and I think it's a complete waste. I assumed they would do something logical and make the purchase price of things based on achievements. However, Sony has showed once again that it just loves to nickel-and-dime us to death and is charging actual money for virtual clothes and accessories for your avatar and apartment. Since I will never again be using PS Home, I was wondering how I can go about deleting the mall, bowling alley, etc, from the HDD on my PS3.

Thanks!

Because while Home itself is free, all it is is a desperate ploy by Sony to Nickel and Dime the consumer to death ... and all for virtual items.

So what is the GamerScore good for?
