@chaz53132 Not sure how much sarcasm is intended in your comment...but, just for fun, I'll start the history lesson anyway. :D The holiday in December used to be a Pagan celebration of the winter solstice. Early Christians decided to incorporate this huge party into their religion to help make the transition to Christianity for new converts easier, which evolved into the celebration of the birth of Jesus (who was actually born around June/July of 4 BC). You can insert Christ into whatever celebration you want, but it's still just a bunch of hippies worshiping the trees because the days are getting shorter.
@valdarez Head on over to Ars Technica for the whole story. TL: DR? The song originally didn't have the word "Lord" in it. The song is accurate to the time. Like Christmas and the Pledge of Allegiance, just because you put the word God (or variations thereof) in it years after its creation, doesn't make it yours to complain about when someone changes it back.
I sure hope not. Some of us in the military travel overseas quite often and don't always have access to the internet. I need games to work without an internet connection.
