Wether it is or not is not important.....
Anyway, I don't really wish for a FFVII remake, but I bet I'd buy it once it drops to about 20 bucks
[QUOTE="ThreeVo"][QUOTE="fs_metal"][QUOTE="ThreeVo"]No way... its not deep, its only invloving because ur waiting for some deep political twist to apply and until teh very end u relize there isnt one... it is BY FAR not complex.. incredibly easy to fallow is what it is, wich was its biggest disapointment. The story is not abysmal but its far from spectacular as u discribe[QUOTE="fs_metal"]It's a deep and involving political epic. Very dark in nature and incredibly complexfs_metal
Xenogears- thats complexity...
FF tactics- Thats politics....
12 doesnt come close to either
Xenosaga blows. FFXII is complexity and politics both. IT was amazing I said xenoGEARS..... if u even beat it you would know clearly what rpg complexity means... and FF12 is in no way remoltey CLOSE to that degree... ive played both games thuroughly and know this... Enlighten me on some key supreme political moments in ff12 that pulled u in so submersively... there arent any.... in the end it was "the main villian strives for a power from another world to become an all ruler and succumbs to the power and eventually falls...." along with "2 nations bumping heads, and a heroine in the middle playing midiator" everything inbetween is just simple context to tie together events that lack any climax, your holding ashes hand thruought the whole game...and by the way.. im going to guess u havent played XenoSaga ep.1-3 at all.... sure the games arent that disireable, with a lack luster battle system.but one thing is FACT! i dont care who much some one thinks they know... thruoghout ep 1 - 3.. xenosaga has an incredible storyline and a cast of characters EACH with supreme detail and history and a definitive purpose for being in the series.. and the finale for the Xenosaga trilogy is MORE POWERFULL than anyrpg to date... its very unfortunate that the trial that is required to get to that point contains some highly annoying game play, wich is its only flaw..
pay credit where its due plz....
I have played and beaten Xenogears. Been a number of years, but FFXII is that complex. I am not going to bother reading any further because your statements up to that point are proof positive that you have no idea what the hell you are talking about. Your opinions are, therefore, not worth my timeFFXII's story is not complex.
I don't see how it is
It's good, but not ZOMFGWTFBBQish
Wait 'till it breaks down and everyone walks about
/sarcasm
As stated before, Tidus is not an emotionally driven hardcore punk
Well, I, myself, have always known the ToU by heart for some reason, so I dunno about the Board mod
Anyway, about the news, there's not much going on, that I've heard anyway, since the last 3 new Kingdom Hearts game for the handhelds......
But I'd be glad to help in any way
[QUOTE="Shekb"][QUOTE="johngebreadman"]my friend my sell me mgs1 on ps1 for a fiver!fs_metalThis game is a classic, too bad my game broke
I am still crying many years later ! :(
Get that game, it's worth every penny, and it's easy to get into, as it is the first game in the trilogy and is less cinematic (a little)
Actually, the first game in the series was Metal Gear on the MSX in 1987. It was good, but hte first one that truly showed Kojima's brilliance was MEtal GEar 2: Solid Snake for the MSX2. That game was BRILLIANT. Fantastic story, characters, music and gameplayExactly, I said the trilogy
if its the first in the trilogy what are them 2 then?johngebreadmanThey are just the old games, they are interesting but not needed to understand what's happening
They are on a japanese computer the MSX2
Nobody who knows me can deny that I am special
