It will be the same as consoles. The first year of each the games always look as the past generation. Another fact is that not so many people has money to buy or are interested in the new generation of nvidia chipsets. Some of you will agree with me that there are lots of games satisfacted with their 7950 X2.

I think they do that to keep people interest on the franchise and to earn money =P, unless of releasing a pack with the entire game for US$40,00, it`s much more profitable doing the first innovative game for that price and then afterwards another parts for further profitable US$20@30. Valve keeps the sequels to make tests and introduce new tecnologies and upgrades onto gameplay experience. We should agree that Episode 2 is much is being much better developed than HL 2.

I coulnd`t agree more with them. Half-Life is the best release ever. I remeber when i first finished it 2001 after 21 hours of action. The final was extremely unexpected and make me looking forward the release of HL-2. Off course we cannot put aside the mods as TFC which the greatest multiplayer ever and then Sven Co-op, amaziest game to play in a Lan Party. Anstonishingly funny and difficult =P!
