Doesn't work for me either. Freezes right as the login screen pops up, and I haven't installed anything in weeks. I think Battle.net is down completely. The US site is down completely and presumably Starcraft 2, when trying to connect to Battle.net, freezes up because of some Battle.net related issue. I geuss we will just have to wait it out. :(
