To be honest it only supports the block and counter play style. It looks great but the games lacks any depth for long term multiplayer. 1v1 seems the only viable option, but with the same basic mechanics applied to even agile fighters it doesn't make any sense to me because they don't feel agile while playing.
Maybe a Sale buy for me, provided they change to dedicated servers from P2P (which is just a deal breaker in this day and age).
@csward: You can actually play the first 10 hours for free by subscribing to Origin Access a week or so before. The first month's free. And if you like the game, you can buy it for a 10% discount. You can do all that and then cancel your Origin Access membership all while not paying a single penny (if you cancel membership during your free period).
Some people see a problem, others see an advantage. Your call.
I bought this game just to explore and have fun. And hopefully team up with my buddy if/when they add the co-op feature. Hopefully, the game will deliver this much for me.
Watches Frankie play the game on YouTube. Buys it in excitement. Game runs like a choppy break beats track. Waits for an update. 25 gigs later. Same thing, same content. Now plays Overwatch. It runs like butter. Will release this month. Happy Gamer!
P.S: Looks at Star Citizen launcher every now and then. Chuckles. Plays something else.
@Blulightning: ok.. When I say hackers... I mean hackers. They literally teleport to around us and run at lightning speed. And if my group manages to kill one, he/she comes back and starts one shotting us on the fly. This isnt one experience I'm talking about.. this is everyday. I'm not exaggerating. They come with names like "lllll" or "'lilililili" and they blatantly run around the map without even trying to hide it. These arent exploits, because I've been catching up on exploits on youtube. If you dont believe me then just youtube what I'm talking about. A lot of gamers have documented this.
I play from India, and my servers are usually Asian people and European people. I'm not sure if this game has Asian servers so it automatically ports us to european servers. At this point it is extremely frustrating that Ubisoft isnt doing anything to stop this even after we report them.
I'm glad you havent experienced this, and players who are jerks are still killable. Hackers are barely killable, and if we do manage to take one down, he comes back faster and harder. At this point we try and change servers about 2 or 3 times everyday until we come across a server that doesnt have any hackers.
@ltjohnnyrico: I'm glad PS4 and Xone are hacker free. Its literally the opposite on PC. These hackers are everywhere and Ubi isnt doing anything. They're losing their PC base because of this. Then again, I've never known Ubisoft to care much about their PC base anyway.
