Bad pacing at times, barren overworld, lack of exploration, repeat tutorials, some of the back-tracking was lame, and the in between dungeon parts could be boring; those were the complaints, I may have missed some. Oh! and some people had control issues. One off base complaint in the OP is the music was bad, it wasn't.

thats it? were there ever any explanations to go along with these claims? because I can throw out a lot of buzzwords about a game and call it "criticism" too. the complaints here still sound fanboyish
All she does is follow other people around. That is not a mature Zelda who can think for herself. She has a responsibility but that isn't saying anything if everyone takes care of her responsibilities for her. In Twilight Princess she was badass. Badass enough to be a character in Smash Bros., which will never haven to our precious pathetic "princess" in Skyward Sword.Eponique

She was the daughter of the owner of the academy. Definition of spoonfed. She didn't have to try at all at Knight Academy she still got all the best roles because she's daddy's angel.Eponique
why does that matter? so many past games have had zelda as a princess, now when shes at a knight academy shes spoonfed? besides, what she did after leaving is more than what past zeldas have done
