Cause the WiiU can't compete with 32GB of Ram and Quad GPU's.fernandmondego_Why are we bring in PC to console discussion?
SRW-MKII's forum posts
Because they know nothing about those two, hence they could hype and dream about it much as they want. Wii-U on the other hand, is already out so they are able to talk about its flaws and only the flaws while ignoring the positive. Once the facts about those two consoles comes in the disillusion process will start and people will begin to bash all three consoles.topic

 im going to cry laughing when this game bomb's in sales. everybody know the target audience for the WiiU is Casuals and die hard Mario/Link fans. they're not gonna give too Sh*t's about this game.

Yeah because Byonetta sold spectacular on the 360 and PS3 oh wait....
Doesn't make his statement any less true. His statement is wrong though, Nintendo's target audience for the WiiU is hardcore gamer, and it is clear that this time they are actually trying.[QUOTE="SRW-MKII"][QUOTE="LostProphetFLCL"]Could have, but they didn't, so NIntendo gets it. And you are basing Nintendo's handling of Fatal Frame as the only example? It is not as if Fatal Frame was big franchise before. I don't think the game is going to be bomb, Nintendo just has to market this game very well and it will sell, just like the fact that RE4 sold more on Gamecube than the PS2. You might want to take that "fact" back. http://web.archive.org/web/20070621040246/http://ir.capcom.co.jp/english/data/million.html My bad, I thought it sold more on the Gamecube. Probably got confuse with the ratio of the sales to the number of console sold.Yes but there are plenty of other companies who could have jumped in. I feel Nintendo is the WORST choice just because the series will now be exclusive on a platform where it likely WON'T sell much if at all.
I don't think the first game did too well, and now I am betting the sequel will bomb even harder...
Nintendo kinda sucks at handling non-first party IP's. Just look at the Fatal Frame series. The series essentially died once they picked it up. The idiots don't even bring it stateside anymore...

Do you know that their franchise was abandoned by sega? Without Nintendo jumped in, there'd be no Bayonetta 2. It's Nintendo who decides which platform it'll be on.[QUOTE="rjdofu"][QUOTE="LostProphetFLCL"]
I really do not understand this decision on part of Platinum games.
If you really want to get your product into as any hands as possible, you do NOT make your sequel to a multiplat game an exclusive. It is even more baffling when you take into account the fact that the Wii U isn't even going after the same audience that Bayonetta had, nor is the Wii U the succesor to either console that Boynetta 1 was on.
This is just a dumb move IMO. They screwed themselves out of so many potential sales and will likely **** off their own fanbase with this. Of course all of this is fine to Nintendo who won't suffer at all from this, but I worry that this is going to hurt Platinum games which really sucks.
