I am looking for a racing game to play with my brother.

I'm looking for something like Auto Assault MMO (which is closed and has pretty outdated graphic though).

A car racing game, but with weapons, shooting, picking up bonuses, possibly interactive / destructable levels etc.
Something with decent graphic would be great.

Anything like that around for PC ?
