Activision was formed, by disgruntled employees, that felt Atari should promote the people that make their games and be rewarded royalties. For a bunch of guys, that pretty much invented the third-party scene, screaming on and on about wanting their name, on the game they designed.... with monetary bonuses.... they are the biggest bunch of low-life hypocrites. I hope that they get my message here. I hope that in the end, they go bankrupt, and from there... out of business. What goes around... comes around..

Typo. It's supposed to be, "and you're order is going to ship the day the ban begins or after..."

That's not how it works, Agent. Noone is going to make you give up your console, that you've purchased before the ban. This means that once the ban begins, if you're ordering the console by mail, and you're order is going to ship the ban begins or after... you will receive it. But you won't see that console for sale at you local stores, like Target and Wal-Mart. From then on, you're best way to buy it, is a pawn shop... under the table, a tag sale, any person willing to sell it to you after they aren't on store shelves.

The hilarious part is Microsoft's claim, that the ban could hurt consumers. Since when did they care about consumers. I mean, seriously, those top secret, hard to remove DAT files, that spied on IE, Outlook, and Hotmail users in the past... I can go on for days about their blatant disregard for consumers. Who are they even kidding. If their was a ban... and everyone knows it won't get a solid market in Japan, they will witness the sales of their console, right here in the US, in tag sales and such. They, however, won't get any of that profit. Sounds like it hurts them more than us.. if you ask me. That same guy, that you buy bootleg movies from, can be your new 360 salesman.

I have all them. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. So stop flaming. Just the hardware alone, Sony's portable or console have the least weakness and the greatest price. If you can afford that, then good for you. But this topic has nothing to do with Sony nor the PC... If you can't fine something to say, that even relates to the topic, don't comment and look elsewhere. Now, as far, as the topic goes.... if the ban should happen, I hope they do slash prices, to satisfy the demand of their console. Maybe their next generation console would be released even sooner. The Xbox 360 was intended to sell until 2015. Who knows... With appeals and a high enough demand, for the console.. everyone concerned just has to keep their fingers crossed.
