I jumped from the 8800 320Mb to a 9800GT with 1GB and the improvement was significant, and I traded my old card so it only cost me £20 :D so if you can get a good deal it's worth it still. Problem with ATI is the lack of Physx which country are you in BTW?
thanks, yeah its a 680i, so it doesn't have integrated video unfortunately, and no spare cards around atm. But yeah I was thinking its the GPU. And that was a 8800 gtx... not a cheap card!Pure_Awesome
What manufacturer is your card? A lot of them still repair their stuff years after you bought it
[QUOTE="somegtalover"][QUOTE="JigglyWiggly_"] BUT BUT o i know i am thinking of nail polish remover NMJigglyWiggly_
you guys serious about nail polish remover? It will work a few times, but it will eat up the IHS if you keep using it. Check the contents on the label though, the stuff I got is just pure acetone with a bit of water no perfume or anything else in there
Don't worry it will work fine also the after market cooler is always a good thing to buy even if you're not planning on overclocking but with the how easy it is to do with the AMD Black Edition CPU's it would be a waste not to turn your 955 into a 975(3.6GHz), Coolermaster set out two new coolers the TX3 either of them would be great if you want something with a kick the Titan Fenrir, Tuniq Tower 120 or the Thermalright Ultra-120 are the ones to go for.Too_tight_shoes
