I was going to mention the Virtual console games myself. On the GameBoy there are some obvious picks. The three Super Mario Land games are a must, as is Donkey Kong and Link's Awakening. Donkey kong is a great little puzzle/platformer that I strongly recommend. There's also Gargoyle's Quest, Megaman and Catrap. Catrap is a brilliant little puzzle game with 100 levels. It can be pretty challenging at times. The later levels are seriously tough. If you want a bit of colour in your VC games, then you can't go wrong with any of the NES offerings, though Metroid and The Legend of Zelda are for the hardcore.

I've always played with the 3D on. It did take a week to get used to. I remember getting eye strain and a headache during that first week with Pilotwings. However, after that i've been fine with it. No headaches, no strain, no problems. I've not often gone beyond a 2 hour stint with any 3D compatible title, but that probably has more to do with the battery life than anything else lol.

Those Pokemon games will be a long way off as they'll no doubt consume the funds of nearly every 3DS owner with a connection. I think all this drip feeding of GBA games is to help focus customer attention to particular titles.

Good news indeed. No more hitting the home button the moment the course gets selected.

It's still early days. I imagine they'll be releasing SNES and Mega Drive games eventually. It seems like they're taking a new approach to releasing games on it though. Perhaps older generation games weren't selling too well on the VC and by starting with the handhelds, they feel they're giving those games a chance to hit the limelight. Generally i'm quite satisfied with the eShop so far. There's a number of decent and original 3DS titles. There's plenty of Gameboy classics too. For sure, some of the prices are a little steep, but i've only bought what I felt was worth it's price.

1 - 5 frames per second? I find that quite a stretch. That would be unplayable and nobody has mentioned unplayable yet.

Both cases appear to be a layer problem. It could be that layers are swapping orders, or perhaps, as you say, just disappearing altogether. I've not got the game, so i'm not of much help, but your best bet is too seek out an official forum or try to make contact with the developers through their website.

[QUOTE="Raiko101"][QUOTE="famicommander"]Reading reviews is probably the worst way you could possibly become informed about a game.famicommander
It's better than just noting a load of scores.

I meant that in the context of using professional review sources to any degree. Game journalism is one of the most corrupt and most elitist industries in the entire world.

You'll get no arguement from me there, though if you get to know the reviewers by reading through their work, you can identify the potentially fishy reviews. There are a number of journalists who write for multiple sites, sometimes with different names, and you can that they're giving genuine and honest impressions.

[QUOTE="Raiko101"]I know you can't do that in Europe. You're limited to 1 code per console/game. If you try to register two, it'll just say that you've already registered the product.AutoPilotOn
Do you mean the same exact game/system or 2 copies of the same game? I know I got points for 3 3ds system and a few of the same games

I did indeed, but you've proven me wrong it seems. I can't seem to be able to do it though.
