Okay, so i spotted a guard dog standing on a back porch, while i was messing around (directly east of beacon hill and north west of the docks), I've just started the game for the first time. When i approached it gave me the whole very sharp senses rubbish so i assume there's treasure there. i look around i can't see any treasure, i kill the dog, look around, no treasure, i check online maps, they say that i was right, there is a treasure. I hunt some more, no treasure.

I checked another treasure location with the online map. and that one is also missing, also the almanac page west of the first treasure spot. is this a glitch or am i just not looking hard enough. I've fonund 2 other treasures, but that doesn't explain the almanac pages and these particular treasure sites.

i've been playing a few Aeria Games MMO's for the past 2 years and have now realised how corrupt and greedy that company is.

I'm now searching for a F2P MMO that is more-or-less balanced, regardless of purchase content and doesn't involve grinding for

8 years to reach the half way to level cap. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i've just tried Cabal but the DCing issue has put me off.

i don't necessarily believe that 9/11 was plotted by the CIA but i do think they did nothing to stop the attacks. i cannot believe that the most powerful nation on earth with warnings from the itallian, israeli and british did not know what was going to happen i think the american government ained more by letting the towers fall than they would have had the towers still stood and whether or not the government had anything to do with the collapse is mainly based on circumstantial evidence, but, which would you think is safer, trusting and following people you do not know with your freedom or doubting in the the moral and human integrity of politicians.

the european world could not believe it when Napoleon attacked europe, to them is was out of context to their day and age. just as the world thought of the holocaust, and probably how rome felt towards Attilla the Hun. Humankind always attempt to negate the possibility of horror for that of a kinder, easier perspective

the idea of an empire is to occupy foriegn countries, enforce tyrranical law and use the resources of that country for the further expansion or benefit of the empire, or most likely the empirical "homeland" in that sense, america has been an empire since the late 1940's. occupation of japan and germany after world war two, strong arm political tactics against south american states for the benefit of american companies like The United Fruit Company, McDonalds or in southern asia exploitation of labour. we've already seen the american appointment and support of dictators and CIA assassination of democratically elected leaders (batista - cub; Pinochet - Chile)

I think that now, with the market crisis, things will probably become more visible as companies become more desperate and more pressure is put upon the american government by lobbyists

okay this all depends on the game for example

The sims series: the cheat console is enterred by editing the shortcut path on your desktop

(ie. right click on the desktop icon click properties and editting the "targe" text to that specified in the cheats)

then pressing Ctrl + Shift + c to enter the code into the textbar

------------

The editing of the shortcut thing used to be quite popular, but the cheat scripts usually mention that you have to do that in order to enable the cheats

------------

some games, most recently Fallout 3, use the tilde (~) key (the funny squiggle next to the 1 button)

------------

some games you just press enter and some you have to enter at the menu screen

so it helps to know which game you are playing

Have you noticed how most of the time pirates are the majority of the people complaining about DRM and copy protection and stuff, when they are the exact reason why developers put those there in the first place? I mean this sounds harsh, but how stupid can you people be? Apparently unbelievably stupid. That's right, you literally have to be a complete idiot to be a pirate. You like playing games, but don't even realize that you are ruining PC gaming as we know it. And if you try to defend piracy, don't bother, because that will just give away the fact that you are a pirate yourself, because the only people that actually support piracy are the pirates themselves.

DRM is not a valid excuse people, because whenever a game doesn't have DRM or any copy protection on it it almost gets more pirated than one with it. World of Goo, Prince of Persia, Sins of a Solar Empire, all games that were pirated like crazy, yet didn't have any copy protection at all, so stop using that as an excuse. Also stop using the excuse it's a bad game so I'm not going to pay for it. That excuse makes no sense. How would you know it's bad until you play it, aka, you made the decision to pirate it before you know how good or not it was, and if you played the demo, then you should have known it was bad in the first place and just not bought it. Not to mention, if a game is bad, why play it in the first place? Oh I know, it's just another poor excuse.

Just admit it pirates, the absolute only true reason you pirate games is because you don't want to pay for them. You're selfish, and think stealing is ok as long as the technicaldefinition of piracy isn't theft. Guess what, it's basically stealing, stop trying to find irrelevant loopholes to justify your own careless greed. There is not one valid excuse pirates can give, because when you really get down to it, the only reason you are pirating is because you don't want to pay for it, end of story.

Dude, i'm sorry, but you need to pull your head out of your secondary oriface. DRM does absolutely nothing to prevent piracy, for example, Assassins creed, cracked BEFORE release. Mirror's edge likewise. in fact, if you wanted to, you could probably find any new release on a torrent search engine or elsewhere. On top of this, I complain about DRM all the time and this is coming from someone who does not condone gaming piracy. i feel it encroaches on ligitimate buyers rights while pirates get away without hassle. as soon as the game is cracked it generally removes all DRM issues. some DRM programs have been known to compromise PC stability by messing with system file. but perhaps you should research the topic for youself before box people with ligitmate issues out of your world.
