I think that everyone on here supporting transgenders who are not transgender themselves are full of garbage. If you are reading this and are one of those people, then you are lying to yourself. I can pretty much guarantee that most people are just saying that they do because they don't want to appear "intolerant", which as a culture we have been indoctrinated into thinking is somehow bad. You can be respectful, but still find things creepy, people. I for one, have no problem with transgenders, but I find the idea creepy and their presence in games misplaced and bizarre and usually forced, such as is the case with homosexual relationships in games (the misplaced and forced parts that is, not the rest). If you call me a hater, but not Carolyn, there is no hope for you.

*sigh* yet another push towards society being controlled by political correctness and no one being able to say anything even remotely funny anymore. Sometimes if you are offended by a joke, it is not the fault of the one who said it, sometimes it is you. Gender confusion has been a comedic device since at least the days of Greece and Rome, so cmon now.

discouraging downloadable gaming even though that was what handhelds should have been doing 5 years ago? Second worst idea in gaming history. The first is thinking they had a chance to stand up against the new consoles being released this year with a handheld. Stick to your own market and stop trying to price gouge the heck out of customers just to make your numbers look good against your competitors who are releasing consoles sooner than you. morans.

Only thing that is a bummer is my computer probably won't be able to run it so I had to get it for Xbox, which means all of the built in and future hacked modding tools won't be available to me

It's very simple. Parents, say "no" to your kids and pay attention to what they are buying and playing. Stop coddling children and letting them do whatever they want. It's pathetic that the government might have to do your job for you. That way the rest of us don't have to have our freedoms taken away because you're too stupid to survive without help

I agree that there needs to be a better system and I think the whole rating system needs to be revamped because the rating does not really always reflect the game experience at all. Maybe you should make dual rating system, an initial review of a game before its release, tell the readers that the initial review is an incomplete review, and then a week after release, a full fledged rating and review, complete with updates. On top of this, for the overall review process, you should give a clear grading rubric for the games and add up the points, having separate categories for each genre. For instance, let's say we have 10 credentials, each worth 10 points each, adding up to 100. Let's say that we have a FPS and have categories in Special Effects Graphics, Character Graphics, AI Quality, etc. Give each a rating out of 10 and compile them into a number (omitting N/A categories and replacing with relevant ones wherever necessary), but make sure to show each of the numbers in the categories, that way gamers can more accurately pick games fitted to them and also have a rating system next to that for how well the game does to others in its genre. I also love your little award things that you give to games, and I definitely encourage you to keep doing those as much as possible because I actually use those to pick games more than the straight up number. Well I've typed way too much already, but good luck to you my favorite game review site =)
