The game is awesome as everyone already wrote. No gamer with with just a tiny bit of interest in RTS/RTT (as WiC probably should be called), should miss out on WiC. :)
Company of Heroes is nice and so is C&C3, but I prefer WiC. In my opinion there aren't really any other good, new strategy games out there than those three. If you don't care about the game being new or not, I can definatly suggest Warcraft 3 and the Age og Empires series and I bet a lot of people will tell you to get Dawn of War + expansions.
