PC won because it'll have GTA5 with modding support and all the multiplat games will be AT LEAST 1080p and AT LEAST 60fps on the PC.

PS4 is 2nd place, followed by Microsoft.

/pats Microsoft on the head for trying harder this year

since when did remasters/collections become exclusives?

also forza horizon 2 isn't an exclusive

Prove it when comparing PS4 and X1 libraries 1 on 1?

If that's the case, then we can call the same multiplat games running at 1080p or 900p vs. the 792p upscaled on the XB1 as exclusives to the PS4 too.

95% of Next-Gen Console multiplats are higher-res exclusive to the PS4, and therefore are checks in the PS4 column. PS4 wins.

AMIRITE?

How can people get hyped for Scalebound when there hasn't been a single frame of gameplay video shown or any previous iterations of the game to compare to?

At least with Bloodborne, you know it'll be a Souls-like game and we've actually seen leaked gameplay last week.

Sunset Overdrive looks good. THAT's a game XB1 owners should be hyping. Don't count your eggs based on CGI trailers.

Captial Ship vs. Captial Ship sounds like fun. I hope it's more "SIM" and less full-on space combat though.

I miss the building/micromanagement depth in these space games. They get too heavily geared toward combat/strategy and that gets boring.

The combat definitely looked more "position-based" from the leaked gameplay we saw last week.

ie- bottlenecking, herding etc... pretty much getting your enemies into positions where you can more easily dispatch them.

It needs to be more than "walk/swim/fly around and look at stuff".

Sorry if I sound jaded, but I mean come on...

And RNG worlds will eventually look repetitive. Putting different plants in different locations is going to wind up becoming Homogenous after a short while.

I just hope there is more to the game than just looking at the RNG terraformations and wildlife.

For Sony, E3 2014 was all about showing off new games, new hardware (PS TVs and Morpheus VR) and new streaming features for past games and expanding Playstation fans' libraries.

For Microsoft, E3 2014 was all about easing XB1 spending guilt.

There's no reason to get a XB1 if you own a gaming PC and a PS4.

Games will run better on the PC/PS4 and it's cheaper to game on the PC/PS4 from the get-go.

Well, considering all the multiplats run better on the PS4 and I like games like inFamous, MLB the Show and Killzone, I have no complaints.

Bloodborne, DriveClub, Little Big Planet 3, Planetside 2, Uncharted 4, many of the Indy games...all look really awesome. I never got to play TLOU because I never owned a PS3, so that's a new game for me too.

And GTA5 lets you bring over the GTAO X360/PS3 content too.

The PS4 is established and has more awesome content on the way. And oh yea, PS+ gives you free games every month.

I don't see what the problem is? Unless you suffer from ADD or you bought a XB1 and are trying to feel better about wasting $100 on Kinect and inferior hardware, there's nothing but good reasons to own a PS4!

...everyone is OOOOHing and AAAAAAHing over "procedurally generated worlds"...

But, what do you DO in this game? In the video I've seen, you just land your ship on these RNG worlds and walk around looking at the Jurassic Park wildlife. Auto-logging some notes on whatever you look at in a log book.

Then you fly back into space and shoot at Asteroids.

What do you do though? Do you gather minerals? Build ships? Create cities? Breed animals? Fight other races/civilizations?

What do you DO? Is it a building game? Farming game? Or just flat-out exploration on randomly generated planets?

I need more information.
