I always think it's funny when gamespot writes an article on ethics.

I say neither...too many awesome games coming out this holiday and neither of these games are at the top of my list...bring on Batman, Rage, Uncharted, Skyrim, Ico collection, and Twisted Metal!!!

Bethesda is doing a fine job of taking crappy developers under its wing...good thing they still know how to make games.
