Yup, here we go again. I found some topics about ''PAL'' and ''NTSC'' games but didn't pay off. I have searching information about this from all forums and in one of them they say it doesn't work and some where else they say it works. So damn simple question is coming for you people who know about these things.

I have a ''PAL'' PS3 (Finland) and about to buy from USA a ''NTSC'' game, so will it work on my ''PAL'' PS3 ?

I have looked in to it and many say that PS3 games are ''region free''. Any truth to that ?

Next question is when I have got an answer to first one is that, what about these TV things, when in Europe TVs are usually 50Hz and in USA 60Hz. Some older TVs doesn't support 60 but new ones support both 50 and 60. Do I need to buy a scart cable called ''RGP scart'' ? Not sure about the name. My TV is not that new and I have a PAL PS2 and a game what is NTSC and play it thanks for the swap disc, but it's black & white in default boot.

So help a confused PS3 owner :)
