In an interview with TechRaptor about Powerslave EX, expert PC game modder Samuel ‘Kaiser’ Villarreal revealed that he is now an employee of Night Dive Studios and will be working on remastering the first Turok game later this year. Night Dive recently acquired the license to re-release Turok from Classic Media. No news on if they will be working on any of the sequels.

For those of you unfamiliar with Night Dive Studios, they are well-known most for re-releasing System Shock 2 from the brinks of intellectual property rights ownership hell (System Shock 2's current IP owners is an insurance company called Star Insurance). They have also re-released countless other games with similar situations and recently tried to re-release No One Lives Forever to no avail.

Classic Media (a subsidiary of Dreamworks) currently owns the rights to the Turok franchise, and if there is enough interest in the series again, they'll bring the original PC and N64 titles to GOG. Contact them through email and let them know you are interested-
