@videogamer008 On paper they are both the same with some exceptions. The RAM on the PS4 is better than Xbox One. What you need to ask yourself as the consumer is what are you looking for in a console. The PS4 is $100 cheaper because it does not come with the camera. With the Xbox the Kinect sensor MUST be attached tot he console for the console to operate. So right off the bat if the motion capture camera isn't a high priority, save yourself $100 and get the PS4. Also, this time around both will require a pay to play online subscription, but with Sony you get the PS+ included which pays you back several time over with free games and content. Also Sony only requires 1 user to have PS+ per console. With Microsoft everyone who has an account needs Gold. Using the DVR feature on the PS4 is free to use and is NOT behind the PS+ pay wall and on the Xbox One it is. Personally I think the PS4 is the better choice due to the amount of first party titles they have. I know that Xbox also has first party games, but lately I think they have been lacking. I really only cared for Gears of War and Halo. They may continue the franchises into the next gen but they are played out. With Sony you have Uncharted, Killzone, Infamous, The Order:1866, perhaps another iteration of The Last of Us, God of War and some others. Also the free to play games on PS are awesome. You have DUST 514, DC Universe online, Warframe, Blacklight: Retribution and Planetside 2. Like I said earlier, in my opinion the PS4 is the better purchase, but that is me. Other people may disagree with what I am saying.

I don't believe words would do justice to the absolute anger i felt after watching this interview. Tom is OBSESSED with this authenticity deal while the whole time Goodrich is telling him those types of modes exist. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HAVING MULTIPLE MODES!!! I love the fact that i can screw around in standard team deathmatch and then switch to a more serious "realistic" mode. Also, speaking of the MOH 2010.....(WHICH YOU DIDN'T EVEN PLAY TOM).....the ending scene and caption that was written by the people who did this in real life, made my wife tear up............THAT WAS REAL........it made an impression on her and many other people. That's what a good development team does. Make a lasting impression. That way when MOH *future title* comes out it'll be an automatic fully paid off pre-order......like Warfighter was for me. Get your head out of your a$$!!!

If absolute realism is what people are after it could be as simple as a "hardcore game mode" where there are NO re-spawns and NO regenerating health. The normal game modes are a must though. I enjoy the one death and your done till the next round very much, but regular deathmatch rules are essential to online FPS's.

@esomegacrysis It is the Frostbite 2 engine just like BF3. Just not used at all by DICE. In the old MOH 2010 you could unlock everything in MP in no time and there was barely anything to unlock. This time around if you pre-order it you receive a sniper rifle that will take 40+ hours of MP game time to unlock. So they are definitely amping up the MP.

@esomegacrysis I think looking at Medal of Honor: Warfighter will be a good change, I liked the story of the 2010 game, but the multiplayer was horrible.(It was made by DICE, which I personally think they were too busy with their own games to put a lot of care into MOH 2010.)

This time around it will be all made in house at Danger Close. So I will be making this my 2012 FPS purchase. And if you didn't like the 2010 release you should give Warfighter a chance. So many people have been burned time and time again by COD what do you have to lose.
