In A.D. 108, Ignatius, Peter's successor as the bishop of Antioch, organized some of these New Testament writings, quoting them in letters and sermons.
Polycarp, the bishop of Smyrna, quoted 19 New Testament books in a single letter.
By A.D. 185, 23 of the 27 New Testament books had been identified—all but 1 Peter, 2 Peter, James and Hebrews.
Irenaeus, bishop of Lyons, used these holy books to counter rising heresies. I

These are quotes, not doctrines. A doctrine is a set of rules or beliefs created by some authority. Ireneaus, Ignatius and Polycarp were not technically authorities at their time.
In regards to your comment on John and Revelation, are you now claiming that John didn't know that what he was writing was inspired Scripture?
No.
The writers of the New Testament knew that their writings were inspired. Peter even refers to Paul's writings as Scripture. Did John know that the assembly of all Scripture would be called the Bible?
Probably not.
I doubt that but I feel certain that he knew he was writing Scripture and that his words were inspired by God.
I never disagreed with this. All I refer to is his second-to-last verse in Revelation, and whether or not it applies to the entire Bible. I do not think it does, with the literary and social context surrounding it.
Why do you think he was writing? Do you think he was hoping for a best selling novel?

Where do you think creeds and doctrine comes from? From Scripture. The early Church had well established creeds and doctrine based on the Scruiptures from the early 1st Century.
Anyway, our discusion will end with this post since I do not like other's comments included with mine and you will not respect my request.
I didn't open this topic so you could put bible quotes in every single one of your post. No I will not respect your request when all your doing is trying to get others to believe the way you do.
