@maniaccc: Now you see, there is so much of this crap that isn't explained in the manual or the tutorial, so you actually need to read a god damn D&D rule book to understand the game. Since you barely do any fighting in Planescape it didn't matter much, and KOTOR is intuitive enough to partially understand. But things like Baldur's Gate or Neverwinter Nights were too much for me to bare through, and I just hope this game doesn't have too much of that.

Anyone played the early access? Does it have a D&D combat system? I really dislike it, and even though I played Planescape and Knights of The Old Republic a million times over, I still have no idea what stuff like 1d6 mean.

@pug987: I agree. I reached almost native tongue level of English at a young age mostly from playing games. I wouldn't play in my language even if it was offered. Waste of development time in my idea, since people are excepted to know English these days.

One day. One day they'll finally bring Final Fantasy Tactics to PC. War of the Lions is just a masterpiece.

@Arkhalipso: This game really made me miss the whole kingdoms and wizards settings in previous games. XII was pretty much anime Star Wars, and those two don't mix well in my opinion. I couldn't even get past the intro movie for XIII.

Wow, that's impressive. They're actually losing money on something like this. They deserve the publicity it gets them.

@bluebird08: Half Life isn't that impressive by today's standards, but back in 1998 it revolutionized every single aspect of action and storytelling in an action game.
Almost every shooter that came after it used the same mechanics as it did, making it genre defining.

Kind of a silly promotion in my opinion. Maybe if it was from a specific genre, or from a specific developer, but just a completely random game? The odds that you get your money's worth, even if it's only a dollar or two, is extremely low.

@cboye18: Grey Goo got some decent reviews and it has base building, although it's not really my thing. Maybe you'd like it.
