There are a number of reasons reading this makes me shake my head in disgust:
1. You hate the game because of the concept of the Helghast (accent, suit, etc.) Complaining about a concept of the story or plot is a waste. ESPECIALLY when it comes to a videogame. It's like complaining that Luke is too much of a kid in Episode IV, or the fact that Anakin had a pony tail in Episode II. If you're going to hate a game for such a trivial reason, please, keep it to yourself.
2. You compare this game to Call of Duty or Gears? I would hate to be a developer and read a comment like that. Killzone and Call of Duty are two seperate IP's, and I don't even know where Gears of War came into the picture, considering it is third person, thus making it completely different. Each seperate franchise should be judged according to how it itself works for its story and overall objectives. Allow a game to speak for itself without having to be in the shadow of two games that have had impressive sales.
In short, whining about a videogame because it does not work for you personally reflects a lack of maturity on your part as a gamer or game activist. Keep playing the games you prefer, and let those who enjoy differently enjoy themselves.
