Its been like that here in Denmark for as long as I can remember. Stores are not allowed to sell anything with a age restrictions to people below that restriction.. and well that makes sense too. Its the case for both movies, games, beer and whatever.

When I saw the title I imagine a bunch of scientists in hazmat suits playing video games in a underground bunker somewhere.

I really hope they plan to bring to the table than just steam in a box if they want to compete for the spot besides my tv since both playstation and xbox are pretty solid choices delivering on all accounts.

@ZOD777 @razgriz_101 The difference is that there's barely any point playing a sports game that's two years old. You play the football games (soccer) to play with your favourite team and once the new title is out you normally don't bother playing it anymore.

Counter strike's multiplayer doesn't depend on how the sports world develop. Its a time envelope where nothing really changes wheras the sports world changes radically over a year.

So in short this is likely fueled by the simple fact nobody or close to nobody plays dated sport games.

@musalala @sune_Gem EA brought Bioware in 2007 while Mass Effect 2 was released in 2010. They spend three years closing production on Me2?

Its actually kind of strange movies based on comic books become instant box office hits and tend to be very entertaining. Movies based on video games tend to suck horribly, the only video game movie I've felt worth watching was Tomb raider. I mean what is it that makes games so inherently bad movie material? Is the characters to shallow or isn't enough about them to make them interesting?

@stan_boyd Its just a different way of going about it. So its a question of preference and I just prefere Bioware's story telling method of Bethesda's most of the time but still very much enjoy their open world games.
