the color RED is way too bright on the 360. this color forms a ring and the screen goes blank for a few weeks. it looks good as a christmas light during this holiday season though. nice.
this is a microsoft product so stay away from it for a while ... a long while. let bill gates wait for you money a little bit longer. he'll do fine with his 50 bil. he just suckered you for vista right? guess what, you won't get your money back for that piece of crap. it'll be the same with this "new" vista ... eherm ... windows 7 if this proves to be just the same monster with a different skin.
all the screenshots are really good. pc is the winner if i have to pick one. but the bottom line is you can only enjoy the great graphics if your pc or console are not always out for repair.
these are comparisons using multi-plat games. really, the difference are hardly noticeable. in the end, which system do you want to play your multi-plat games on? a console that will help you play through the games with no hassle or a system that you need to ship somewhere in the middle of the game and continue after it's been repaired? i buy only "exclusive" 360 games but multi-plat games? ps3 and wii are the better choices.
the japanese people don't buy crap ... that is not news. also, the wii was really cheap last month, as in FREE! i got a second wii for signing up to comcast's triple play ... sold it for $200 in minutes. score!
brian eckberg got it right on the money. there should be days for business only (the boring part but important for business) and days for open to the public mayhem (the real fun part). it's all about balance.
(drooling!) i feel bad i can't play this yet. still waiting for the bundle to hit this june for my 2nd psp, unless a ff:cc bundle will also be announced. that will be a longer wait. (sigh).
this would be good in places where cell phones don't exist yet. definitely a bad move for sony. they should have taken the same path nokia is going. ngage was a piece of crap but the n96 could be a serious challenger to the psp in the next few years. check it our yourselves. http://gear.ign.com/articles/851/851256p1.html
this is probably interesting if you pause the game every 10 seconds and stare at the clouds or push your face to the screen and marvel at how fine the grains of sands are. the visual difference, in my opinion, is insignificant. not worth buying the sucky vista or buying new graphics cards for it. i'm sure this game can be enjoyed even if you only have an xp. i have vista and it can't even run a lot of my old softwares, even some made by microsoft. re-buy the softwares again? hell no! once again fell in microsoft's trap. i can't wait til google put's microsoft in it's place.
this reviewer sounds so credible. (sarcasm). he sounds like he has seen 2 episodes of naruto. gamespot, where do you find these guys? my grandma knows more about anime than this surfer dude.
