Got my dreamhack ticket, first time there. My friend tells me its just 3 straight days of unlimited fast internet and gaming! This being my first time I dont feeling like im prepared enough. I dont have the best computer at the moment bootcamping on my MBP 2011 (lowers head in shame*) so I am little restricted on the top end but I need I nice game that I can play online that doesn't get boring in the first hour.

Nothing with monthly fee's, any suggestions guys/girls?

Mainstream media and science will never go into full detail about pyramids because the hieroglyphics suggest their history is wrapped around aliens, the first human astronauts and a bunch of metaphysical and science fiction sounding stuff. Many artifacts show ancient technology such as helicopters, submersibles, spaceships and advance medicine (cloning and grafting). Theres also evidence (lack of a better word) suggesting a global event either wipe out humanity and/or most of them were able to leave the planet before the catastrophe. This has happen numerous times in the past and is/has been predicted to happen again. Modern man has yet to understand how exactly we lived in those times, we guess/speculate at best. We just recently discovered The Lost City of Mirador, where theres thousands of pyramids yet to be discovered. The world's largest pyramid discovered is supposedly in the lost Mayan City. In all of our excavated history weve learned humanity has survived several extinctions. We are still re-discovering our past so dont be surprised when the history books change up a bit in the not so distant future. bnarmz

[QUOTE="GazaAli"]Given the size of one of its blocks and the fact that they had primitive transportation means, yea it is hard to believe how they managed to do it. Also, the geometrical calculations involved to ensure it will be able to stand is something.Teenaged

Have we managed to find the answer to those questions?

You just wanted to see the "ITS ALIENS" pics get posted, didnt you...

Honestly... No. Was expecting more of, the 'government' dont want us to know, secret societies and biblical references. Although I shouldn't be surprised about the amount of alien comments

I know its supposed to be on of the wonders of the world, but I dont get why. What makes building one (like the ancient egyptians did) so hard_?

You can try Gintama (if you haven' t already). I haven 't started watching it yet but people here in OT as well as a friend of mine say that it is really good.

I have watched the first 3 episodes of Gintama as it has been recommended a few time on here. Really entertaining!

Check the list and what not out and see what I rate. 6+ is worth watching if you've got time on your hands. If you just want a few to check out, then 8+ should be considered.

Quite an impressive list, will definitely take a look at some of them. Is Guilty Crown any good?

I have been a long time lurker on OT and recently I noticed the increase in anime threads. Now dont get me wrong I am no veteran when it comes to Japanese animation but I can call a decent one when I see it. The most common favorites from the supposed "experienced" watchers are ones like DBZ, One Piece, Pokemon, Naruto etc. My honest opinion is that those seem a little childish. I used to watch and play DBZ and Pokemon when I was younger but probably wouldn't last the first episode now at age 22. Maybe im getting it all wrong and the people who favour these are under 16, in which case thats fine. I was just under the impression that we had more over 17 posters. I have watched all released episodes of Naruto Shippuuden and I must say its quite entertaining but often predictable and cheesy. I haven't seen One Piece properly but I have an idea of the plot and characters from odd episodes from late night TV. Not something I would watch with out a respectable reference.

The Anime I have completed so far is:

Samurai Champloo, Afro Samurai, DBZ, Basilisk, Claymore, Hellsing, Vampire Knight, Deathnote, Elfen Lied, Ninja Scroll, Fist of the North star and as of yesterday Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood.

You are free to comment and criticize me on my list remembering I am still a noob. I would appreciate some recommendations too (I like anime that end at some point!)
