APflopsy....not to help illustrate your point at all but if you think you're building that high end for only $1000..you know nothing about computers. Heck, a high end graphics card alone can go for about $800 but if you are big time serious gamer ( do it for a living maybe) it's worth it. I will say this...if I shell out the cash and build my own rig, I know it won't RED RING of DEATH on me, so you can keep your p.o.c xbox 360

I personally don't think it will do that well. I don't know a lot of gamers who are big Beatles fans....actually I know a bunch of Beatles fans and none of them are gamers. I think this might be a case of going to the well once too often.
