They are just people, I know some jerks and I know some really good guys. It's like anything else. Unfortunately we share a hobby that makes it easy to feel good about ourselves. As a result we have many people with very low self esteem interacting with us on a social site that provides discussion for our hobby. They feel the need to put people down to make themselves feel better about themselves. I don't think that they are all bad (mostly because I know some really good people from there) but certainly, like in all areas of life, they are not all socially adept either :p

On a side note I think it is important not to quickly group someone into a stereotype, such as "everyone who likes Fords are stupid". Just my thoughts.

Im honestly not sure how you can compare the two. and bashing either is just stupid. The notion that you only play GW because of a lack of a monthly fee is also misplaced. The notion that WoW sucks is also misplaced as it is EXTREMELY popular. Personally I prefer GW, only because I love getting people and hopping into an instance, which is basicly the entire game. That being said I tried WoW in the past and got to LvL 34 on a paladin before I got bored. however I have heard that the endgame content is where the fun is so I plan on subscribing again. Guild wars isn't releasing any more content packs because they are focusing on GW2, and frankly I have done just about all there is to do in it. But, back on topic, this topic seems a bit stinky. It is ashame to see all the misconceptions about both games. Just shows how ignorant somepeople are I suppose.

No offense, but looking at your blogs you seem to harbor alot of resentment about the 360. im a fan of both the 360 and ps3 and I am sorry if you are too and I am mistaken. But maybe you should call microsoft? I install my games and mine is virtually noise free. Sorry I can't help

In my personal opinion, this kind of thing is done more as a defense against future violations. For instance, "oh man, Guess I won't cheat or I might lose my GS". in a very basic way. In MY opinion, they got what they deserved. Gamerscore is just a number anyway. your skills in a game are more important than your GS in my eyes. Another thing I would like to point out is that it seems that ChaosCougar is a little venimous towards people who say they got what they deserve, Just try to keep in mind that what people write here is just their opinions, it doesn't make it law. This punishment is a little extreme, but also necessary (In my opinion)

I never would have expected people to not like the good Bioshock ending! The whole game was so dark and sinister and then at the end they show you the human element that came out of that hell hole, easily my most favorite ending to a FPS (Really hope that didn't make me look gay Worst wouldbe Fallout 3.
