Read my post above. It's a subconscious and extremely damaging phenomenon that it talks about. Giving people the option to turn something off only works if people recognize the damage that it's doing to their ability to enjoy the games they're playing.

My bad, I forgot how much of a terrible time I have playing my 360 and PS3. Fine, make them by default switched off and an option if you do want them. Everybody's happy.

It seems indeed people don't get sending images to two controllers means rendering the game twice. Not counting what's being rendered on TV. Four controllers then... It would take a behemoth of a machine to do that. Even if Nintendo finally decides to support more than one Upad by console, expect games supporting such kind of multiplayer to look worse.Wintry_Flutist

I'm no tech whiz but can't they just essentially do split screen and beam the quarter of the screen to the relevant controller? I'd take a hit on graphics to have something like this. It was pretty much the first feature I thought of when I saw the controller.

I think launching it at that pricepoint would make Nintendo a helluva lot of money, I just don't see that price being right. But I hope to god its true.

I definitely don't see it being $250 seeing as the 3DS launched for that price and Iwata himself has pretty much confessed it'll be pricey. Hopefully it'll be worth it.

yup 1080p is maxed resolution already...and PC games on high arent even mind blowingly different from 360/ps3...

Good news for Wii only fans for sure, I'm surprised IW/Sledgehammer are making it launch the same time too. Kudos to them.

The one thing I am very apprehensive about is Nintendo keeping schtum about whether we can use multiple Wiiblets on one system, I mean it would seem a given but all the demos have been one per system, split screen mutltiplayer would be a thing of the past and if they don't implement it I'll be majorly put off buying one.

I have to agree with the TC, everything Rockstar touches turns to gold it seems, and its nice to see them not just relying on GTA for critical and commercial success. Kudos to Rockstar - other developers, take note.
