The Rainbow six series is way more realistic than COD and BF as far as gunplay. Online is still a going, except for RS Vegas 1 (360) there is the same 16 people who never log off, so they have everything memorized. Other than that the entire series is very enjoyable, even the old PC version of rogue Spear where you plan the missions as well. Give them a try easy to pick up in the bargain bin.
FPS have become too arcade like in my opinion and I would love if a developer would implement something like...... - 16vs16 - Each 16 person sqaud broken into groups of 4 as a "fire team" - Each fire team has objectives to take over and hold for bonus. This can be a radio tower which allows voice communication, a intel wagon which allows players on your team to see other enemy players...etc.... Points will be awarded for time held of objectives. What would you add?
