I see one that says PC133..so I think I was wrong..another thing is I have 4 slots..neither look the same..there's one that has -------------l------------- then theres one that looks like ---l---------l-------------- so I am not sure whether each slot has a different function. So now I'm not sure what to do..the 2 other ram sticks are PC 133..and I have two remaining slots..so I am not sure if I need to get new ram or stick with what I have and try to go with something else?

I'm trying to figure out what type of RAM I have..I have an idea but I'm not sure if I'm right or not. My guess is that it's between PC2700 and PC3200. I have 512 at the moment. I was wondering what brand would be best to get? I want to get 1 gig or 2 gigs of ram..that is depending on the price. I know my RAM slots are agp (if that's possible) Would Patriot brand RAM be good to get? Or Corsair? :? Thanks:)

Seeing how most people here are getting the RROD..is there ANYONE who has never had to send their 360 in for repairs? I am planning on buying one in December or around January..I don't want to deal with the RROD..but by what all of you are experiencing I might as well just expect the system to die on me eventually..is it really worth 349.99$ for a system that will only last for a short time?

So it seems everyone is getting RROD...I haven't bought a 360 yet. I do plan on buying Halo 3 before I have a 360(yes its crazy) But for those that send it in for repairs..and wait WEEKS..why not just save money and wait until the new system comes out with the 65nm chip? I mean sure there are those who aren't patient enough to wait that long..and with Halo 3 coming out it's understandable why gamers would be furious. Wouldn't it be better to wait and have a system that works rather then have a system that dies in 3 or 5 months?

Definitely Campaign first...I'm not sure about MP but before I do either of these I have to get a 360 first..I was thinking I'd get the game and just have the reassurance that I have the game..but then it'll drive me crazy because I won't have the 360

Halo 3 Halo 3..then I will get COD4..both look good but I'm going to stick with Halo 3 just because I enjoy playing the game..though I have to work on getting a 360 first:shock:

Just a question..has anyone bought the Xbox 360 Elite? I know it's been out for a few months..but if anyone bought it I would like to know how it's holding up so far? Does it freeze as much? Overheat? Red Lights at all? Just curious because I've been thinking about getting a 360..but seeing all the complaints on how the system receives 3 red lights it makes me nervous about buying something that might crap out in a few months or even weeks.

I agree with you^^^ I really want to get one but I don't know how long it'll last me....my worry is that I'll get it for X-mas and then have it die a day or so later...what if you could just take off the shell of the 360 and let the heat escape???? Should I get a 360 or wait? Because the majority of the comments on this have been not so good...with the freezing and the red lights...makes me worried!:(

Hey Remington what you are trying to do seems like it'd be a good thing..its your choice..I don't know what the prices are running for the games you have these days..you should get some money that's for sure...go and buy the Xbox but be aware from what I have read on this topic I don't know if you won't experience anything out of the ordinary..but hey thats what MS customer service is for!
