@IndremaLover Dude the only way they can "steam roller over us all" is if we didnt have a choice but to buy their console but as it is we dont as we have other options; and we have as a community denounced their anti consumer restrictions. M$ will learn in time that its the consumer that has the final say. #thecustomersalwaysright
Lol yeah it looks like a cross btwn a vhs and the 1st xbox, its not very attractive to say the least but as ugly as it is i still would have bought one if they didnt come with all tht anti consumer bs. I started off owning a ps2 cause sony was acting right, then i went xbox360 cause sony wasnt acting right and now it seems i'll be going sony now cause m$ aint acting right now. I'm loyal only to the company that puts my rights as a consumer 1st.
@astronautb100 The problem with M$ imo isnt the fancy user interface but rather the other controversial stuff (always connected, DRM, raping consumer rights, etc.) with a side order of arrogance to boot. I cant believe how dumb they are, they're making the SAME mistake sony did with the ps3, thinking tht because you won the last console war you can do whatever you like smh.

If there is one thing that Sony needs to do to sell their console is to have a significant price drop(I know, I know 'duh!'). The ridiculous price of their console is the main reason why I bought a 360 instead and convinced a couple of my friends to do the same(believe it or not I used to be a Sony fanboy).
I think the price is too high, I was hoping for a $200 price, as I think $250 is too close to the 360s lower end unit that costs $50 more. Nintendo says it will be making profits from the get go, so are they saying that they would suffer a loss if they sold it for $200?
Am i the only person in the world wondering what the price of a P$3 game will be? The hardware is expensive yes but every gamer knows that its the library thats gonna add up. I'm thinking games will probably gonna cost about $70, and if thats the case they will no doubt lose the console war. Third party developers are gonna start running to the competition
