It's always rising, I remember when I first saw it go over 1 million, then right after it was getting over 1 million steadily until I first saw it reach 2 million. Now only Dota has a million users per day and CS is always strong.
My favorite game on Steam (Team Fortress 2) has lost some of its userbase but it's solid as always.

I precisely remember nominating Goat Simulator for best use of a farm animal because the award was basically made for it and I've never owned Goat Simulator.

This game is complete crap. You should have at least ported a decent copy of Super Mario Maker for the 3DS so we wouldn't have to buy that shit Wii U. Hell, I'd rather buy the inferior 3DS version right now than spend money on that useless thing.

@The_Deepblue: Thanks, I was thinking about getting this on Steam but I ended up getting on the 3DS physical version. It seemed like a good idea having these games wherever I went, and it really was.
