Hahahahahaha. Maybe this should be Nintendo's logo:
:P

But really, this video was better before E3 because it was kinda true then. It's less true but still kinda funny.
Now I feel the strange need to break out my wallet and buy about 30 games.

I would've said "Go for it!" because 6 months from now 3DS will have more games, but reading the part where Nintendo was too "kiddy" for you in the past makes it a bit harder to recommend. If you're really willing to give it a shot I don't think it would be a bad choice, but that depends on your personal taste in games.

Are there any games you're looking forward to on each handheld (3DS/PS Vita)? If you don't mind me asking.:)

Well, heck, I had a Gameboy Advance years and years ago and had a blast with those older (now considered retro... dear God...) games. I guess a while back my tastes just favored games like Killzone and God of War over games like Windwaker and Mario Galaxy 2.

Well now, let's see... Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 3D Land, the upcoming MGS, Mario Kart 7, Luigi's Mansion 2, and whatever fantastic, deep, lengthly roleplaying games come along, and any good fighting games I suppose, along with any good shooters. That just about does it for the 3DS (with my incredibly limited knowledge).

For the PSV, hmm... definitely Uncharted Golden Abyss (it's Uncharted, need I say more?), COD Vita, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter X Tekken, and Bioshock Vita. That's all I have for now, still don't know too much about the system.

I had a gameboy color, are those considered ancient now?:lol:

With that list of games you're looking out for I think either system would be a great choice, Nintendo handhelds have always had a wide variety of games and it seems PS Vita will have good ones too. Remember that 3DS is fully backwards compatible with DS games, so you'll also be able to play it's awesome library (with a nice amount of lengthly roleplaying games), along with any other games that release on 3DS in the future.

One I'm watching right now is Beyond the labyrinth, it's a 3D dungeon RPG that's being developed as a major draw for 3DS. It's 60% complete and doesn't have a release date yet, but it's likely it'll get released in NA.
Some screens of it are inside the 'spoiler tag' [spoiler]

I'm looking forward to all of them. Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land will both be day one buys for me.

I'm also looking forward to Nano Assault, but when is the release date for it?

Gamingclone

I looked around and Q3 2011(between july and september) is the time I found, but I don't think it'll release before october.:(

Without a doubt I gotta say: Nano Assault

Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 would tie at 2nd most wanted for me.

Have you already played Find Mii and Puzzle Swap, but still want more to do with your personal Mii? Well don't worry! There will be an update for StreetPass Mii Plaza, and more software that will support Miis, by the end of the year.

At least that's what Nintendo president Satoru Iwata had to share at an Investors briefing.

To see the original story click the link-->http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/2011/08/01/mii_plaza_features/

Will this new content get you to use your Miis more often?

The new NA ads aren't bad, but I like the UK ads better because they show off more games and they make sure you know "This is NOT DS, this is Nintendo 3DS".

I hope NoA takes it up a notch with their holiday ads.

Last year Miyamoto said: "It's been nearly 10 years since I made the Pikmin character, so I feel this is the year where I must at long last make a new character. This is as far as I'll answer today."

So I wonder if this has anything to do with that new IP?

It does seem like it could fit into an Animal Crossing title though.

Sorry I read part of it and I must have missed the part where they got rid of the s.Nintendo_Ownes7
It's alright, I think I made the thread title and post a bit more clear now. Will you be picking up a copy of this game?

I can't wait to play this with my family later this year, it should be a blast.
