Sorry, 360 games will look better for another year or so. A 7800 might run Oblivion better or a 6800 run Prey or Quake 4 better, but those are just PC to 360 ports. The 360 to PC ports are equally bad, such as King Kong Gamer's Edition and R6V...

The quality and quantity of PC games have been drastically reduced recently.  Beyond that, all the transition issues are far from ironed out (Vista bugs, driver issues).

Heck, the fact that there's seperate 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Vista pretty much guarantees that only 32-bit will get support for the next ~5 years.  64-bit will work, but won't be taken advantage of.

PC gaming might make a comeback, but no time soon.

The CRT (Cathode-Ray Tube)

Pros
-Cheap.
-If set up correctly and placed in the right area they have the best display out of the four types.
-They produce an excellent black

Cons
-Do not work well in bright rooms
-Need regular maintenance
-Most cannot display computer signals
-Narrow viewing angle
-Softer images then the other four types
-Smaller screen sizes

Final Say
The CRT is an old technology and it’s dying out. Nevertheless if you are on a low budget and don’t need a huge screen, then CRT will is a good choice.

WOW, that's some HORRIBLE misinformation... And that's only the first post out of xxxx many? How many people have been confused by this? I didn't bother to read the next 120 pages, because I already know more than the OP... this is just sad. CRT, narrow viewing angle? No, just no.
