Try starting a room and i'll try joining.  If that doesn't work it could be a problem with Nintendo's network.  Happens all the time, sucks though

Hm, I don't know what the problem is, you are not being registered as a friend.  You made sure your wifi is turned on and I'm registered on the friend roster?  I don't know why it's not working I just did a trade 30 minutes ago.

If I have your FC registered, and you register mine we will automatically become friends and be able to see each other online on the friend list roster.  Double check to see if you registered mine

I registered your FC, but you aren't popping up on my friends list as being registered on your end yet
