It should easily be Snake... but the only problem is MGS is a 3rd party game, and he's appeared on other platforms in the past, like Xbox, Gamecube, and of course the original Nintendo. On the other hand, Mario has never appeared on a non-Nintendo platform, and Halo never on a non-MS platform (Windows is of course MS too).

Then some of Sony's most well known franchises don't really have a mascot, like Killzone (no one cares about Sev) and Gran Turismo.

So that would leave Kratos, Rachet andClank, Nathan Drake,and Sackboy. Kratos is arguablythe coolest, but doesn't havethe mass appeal.Since Sackboy has the broadest appeal and is the most unique character from all the rest, well, he may just have to carry the Sony flag, despite coming out of nowhere and being a brand new face.
