The anime is great. It's about this group of mercenaries for hire living a city rule by crime, with a lot of stylized gun fights that, while still having a lot of physical feats in battle, it's still looks pretty realistic. Check out this action clip from the anime

I didnt think the game was that great in comparison to other RPGs out there on the PSP, but i played it all the way through for the story and for it's anime cut scenes.

It depens a lot of what game store and contry you're buying it. In Mexico, some stores have games at decent prices (but most of the time it's slightly higher than the US retail price for the latestreleases), while in some other stores i've been their prices are outrages, like $80 for Soul Calibur 3 or Mortal Kombat Armaggedon! even the DS and PSP games are over $40.

While both are great and challenging games I prefer DMC, mainly because Dante flesh out character better while Ruy reminds mostly a mystery (not sorprising since he's a ninja). And also the fact that in DMC you still use all your equipment and items onto higher difficulties, while in Ninja Gaide you have to start from scratch.

Well, you could, considering that DMC3 happens before DMC1.

DMC is one of those series that's all about the gameplay while everything else comes second, so if you're not liking the first few levels chances are that you wont like what's to come. If you're interested in seeing the whole story you could buy DMC4 since the intro explains the whole plot so far, but i still recommend that you check out at least the first game.

For games i recommend you check out AMAZON instead, they sell games and other stuff at pretty decent prices, that's where i got my 80 GB PS3 for $400 new.

I played both games, and i have to say Soul Calibur is better since it easy enought that anyone can play it and still give a decent fight while offering depth when you really get into it. Tekken on the other hand, has a lot of moves and combos you can do, but it almost forces you to memorize 10 button sequences to do decent damage against other players, it's not a game anyone can easily get into.
