@MXVIII I know, that left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like it's a dysfunctional relationship! There was no give and take or compromise. They pretty much said it was our way or the highway. Hopefully they'll add something between here and launch.
I signed that petition! I don't care what you say, some of those features were cool! The only thing that made me cringe was the 24 hour check in feature. That sucked bad for a lot of people and I understood. But hell if we can get them to add some of the "COOL" features back like family sharing then why not?
@filmauteur100 @JLozada86 Yeah, I wasn't trying to be clever. I was asking humbly. Didn't MS or Sony say they expect this generation to last longer than the last? Which would put it around ten years away. The Xbox has been around since 2005, that's 8 years.
PS4 Pre orders being sold out isn't as big as a lot of you make of it. I remember PS3 being hard to come by when it first released in fact so much so that I didn't get one until two or three months after release, I believe it was. And back then PS3 wasn't winning in sales.
Now, I'm pretty sure that Sony has learned from its launch of the PS3 as is evident with the $399 price point. Yes, Sony has more bundles listed on Amazon but does that necessarily mean that Sony has made more launch consoles than Microsoft? I'm sure MS learned a little from the 360 and PS3 launch to have made enough of them to get them through initial launch as well.
It's shaping up to be a great winter for gamer's of all sorts and i'm loving it. I will enjoy my Xbox and eventually my PlayStation! Cannot wait for Titanfall, Destiny, Dead Rising 3, Ryse, Infamous, Killzone, and Drive Club! Yeah this winter I will pretty much have absolutely no life!!
@PDXmauler97 @JLozada86 I just keep seeing numbers thrown out by fan boys of all types and I'm just wondering if there has been anything confirmed by anyone as far as pre orders go. I know PS4 has to be out selling MS at this point especially since Ms left half the world waiting for the launch of X1.
@t3ero2zero This is what I am wondering! But I seriously doubt it. That would be dumb because that would mean the controller would never be off and just draining the battery life.
