It's definitely not a cheat or a glitch, because if it was that explosive fuel tank and the teddy bears would not have been put there. If you're a quick sniper and use tactical insertion, you can have some success up there.
IMO, it sucked. I felt like it should have had a less clunky feel and a smaller scale or a clunkier feel on a larger scale. Doesn't make much sense, I know, but aiming just didn't feel right.
