does the mic work when plugged into you itouch?

I've looked everywhere and just decided to quickly post on this forum. Getting them for $20 is much better than what apple has to offer. Thanks

um.....the shortest, and also the worst game i have ever played, History Channel Battles for the Pacific. Lasted about 2 hours and 20 minutes, and it was repeditive as crap.
