[QUOTE="SwimPUNK"]The fact thatChristian can go to TNA from WWE and become NWA champion is NOT a good tihng. It's the reason why people call TNA WWE junior. when a WWE Upper Mimdcarder can go to TNA and get a major championship in just a few months that's actually kinda sad.  nintendogamer19

Its more of a good thing than a bad thing

A. It shows TNA knows talent

B. And sends a message to all mis-used talents in WWE that they can be the next big thing in TNA too if they make the jump to TNA just like Christian did. ( I think that they are trying to spark the intrest of guys like CM Punk, Johnny Jeter, London, Kendrick, and Benjamin that they can be used properly here and not in some crackpot gimmick)

C. They are smart enough to take the belt of Double J, which may be something that talent looking to make the switch were worrying about.

A. TNA has talent on their own roster that they're not using. Monty Brown, anyone?

B. I could be wrong, but I think CM Punk was already in TNA.....but anyway, this goes back to my first point. Yes, they are trying to attract big talent from elsewhere, including the WWE, but they have talent on their own roster that they are ignoring at this point. Of course they would like a London or a Kendrick in the X-Division, but that roster is chuck full already with good wrestlers that they are not using very much, if at all.

They could use a Shelton in the Heavyweight divison, but with wrestlers like Abyss, Sabu, or Monty Brown who deserve their time in the sun, and are not getting it due to other wrestlers coming in taking their spots. I know a Shelton may be better used in TNA, but on the reverse, someone like Abyss could be better used in WWE. For example, I know I would like to see Abyss/Angle, or Abyss/Batista in the future. The point is they need to take care of their own talent first and foremost.

c. It was a good decision to take the belt off of Jarrett the other times as well. But guess what? He still got it back. Look for Double J to get another reign this year, to the disappointment of many TNA fans.

Sorry, I'm still kind of new here, but it is pretty amusing to see people bashing it without having actually seen the even. Is this a regular occurance here?

I ordered the PPV, because Undertaker/Angle appealed to me. That match alone was worth the price of admission. All of the reversals, near falls, and some particularly good bumps (Angle Slam through the Spanish Announce Table, especially) from both Taker and Angle made the match what it was. It also looked like both men pulled out a great performance from the other, and it was not a one-sided affair, although some people may disagree.

I know some people here are down on Taker (I don't know why, and to be honest, I don't care.), but he can still put on a good match. And this was definately a good match.

The rest of the PPV was pretty good too. I, personally did not like the Orton/Rey finish at all. If you wanted to put Orton over, I would have preferred seen the RKO rather than a cheap win. Also, I do think the WWE messed up with this one big time. I know they are hell-bent on making up for Orton's last title reign, but Rey had all the steam going into this match, and he would have had MAJOR crowd support going into WrestleMania.

JBL/Lashley was eh. It did feature Finlay though, and that's always a plus.

Benoit/Booker was a solid match. Booker showed no signs of ring-rust, and Benoit was....well, Benoit. While the ending was predictable, the match itself was very good. I liked the Houston Hangover spot, especially. It had me on the edge of my seat.

The CW match was good. Lots of action, and plenty of good spots. Would have liked to see Kash walk out with the CW belt myself. They may be setting up that match for the future.

And Tatanka looked pretty damn good in the match with Hardy vs. MNM. He's not CM Punk, but hey, he impressed me. However, I do not see this Hardy/Tatanka pairing upsetting MNM for the belts anytime soon.

Edit : It was good to see Batista back as well. He got an amazing reaction as well, probably one of the loudest of the night. I'm looking foward to when he comes back to the ring.

Why would they Punish their two greatest Stars.....master4scorpion

How are they two of their "greatest stars"? Recently, they have not done much in TNA at all.

They are two of TNA's better workers, but they are not on a level of stardom of a AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, or Christian (to name a few) in TNA only. (This statement does not apply to ROH. Just TNA. I'm aware that Strong and Aries are pretty big in ROH.)

I can understand why management is doing this, since they have had a problem with wrestlers no-showing PPVs (Hardy, Waltman, etc.). Is it fair? Not really. They did make the show, after all, which should be grounds for a reduced punishment. (I say "reduced" because, like it or not, they disobeyed management. And when you disobey your boss, usually bad things happen to your job.)

I have not seen any of them, and to be honest, I'm glad I have not. By in large, this is the dumbest thing the WWE has done recently....I hope they end this crap fest soon.

That was a solid RAW. This was probably the best Edge/Cena match yet, in all honesty. The rest of the show was pretty good too....except for the Mickie James segment, then I just changed the channel. The Michaels/Vince thing.....yeah. Kinda interesting, but kinda not.

Other than that, pretty good. The Triple Threat match seems solid for Monday.

SmackDown!

Rey Mysterio beat SYLVAN!!!! After the match Orton
comes out and just says Rey will never main event a
Wrestlemania and wont beat him at NWO

Pack_Man

Yeah, Sylvan what's his name hasn't gotten the boot yet? :|

Apparently not, as he did the job for Mysterio.

I've got a question. Where's Captain Jack Sparro---err--- Paul Burchill? I'm interested with what is going to happen with this Sparrow-ripoff gimmick, personally.

Well, Mark Henry is 400 + pounds. It will be impressive if he Tombstones him at all.

This show looks pretty good. I'll be watching.

Well, RVD did say....."RVD 4:20 : I just smoked your ass", and "Nobody gets higher than Rob Van Dam!".......Guess you can say that I'm not shocked. I'm surprised he did it with X-Pac though.

Honestly, Smackdown was pretty good this week.

Benoit/Hardy/JBL/Orlando "The Soon-to-be- Bi-sexual-Wonder" Jordan was an excellent start to the program. It was a solid match that kept me on the edge of my seat, even though I was aware that Benoit would win. And Booker T's announcing......always entertaining.

MNM/Londricks was an alright match. There were some good spots by London and Spanky, and I can honestly see them winning the titles some time in the future.

Kennedy = Greatness. He made that Palmer Cannon interview interesting. I'm interested in seeing where Captain Jack Burchill is going with this. Probably nowhere, but it was a pretty good start, none the less. I just hope they don't kill Burchill's career with this.

The Orton interview was almost as offensive as last week. Rey gave him a sick looking dropkick to the ring pole./their match is looking good, but the build up is one of the worst the WWE has ever done.

Finley = Greatness. Although beating up midgets isn't probably the best use of his talents, it was pretty damn funny.

Helms/Nunzio was alright. I can't wait to see Helms/Kash next week.

Undertaker/Henry : say what you want, but it wasn't bad. Actually, it was pretty good for what it was. Undertaker gave one hell of an effort here. I do not want to see this match at Wrestlemania, but on SD, it was fine.
