I dont feel Sony should be blamed for the problem, but I do feel they have not handled it very well. But I do not feel Microsoft, or Nintendo would have handled it any better. Big companys are all much the same when it comes to dealing with the public, when there is a problem. Also just because the network is down it doesn't stop you playing games, and first and falmost the PS3 is a games machine.
