by the way what do you guys think of the bulid i have put together? only things i will do on it is SC2, NBA 2k12, and maybe a shooter....other than that basic internet browsing and blu ray movies
The HD6870 will max SC and play mostly all games on high settings. You have to option to buy a second 6870 for $174.99 later on. 2 in crossfire will essentially max everything out now.

that sounds pretty good man...if i build that on newegg.com does it have free shipping? and also which tower should i get?
horrible setup just kidding :) intel i7 2600 k is way too fast for whatever you're going to do the i5-2500 is only a little bit slower and it cost a lot less the psu is a good choice , i wouldn't go any lower than 600 W though. hd is ok videocard is a very good choice, very good price/performance ratio do you need a blue ray writer? 8 gb or ram is luxorious but it's nice, i have 8 gb ram too corsair ram is a little exprensive though, kingston valueram will work just fine too. 1000$, i only paid 580 for mine without the case, 1000$ is too expensive for what you're getting greetzevildead6789
help me find a lower price...and i dont mind dropping to the i5...but yes i need the blu ray writer...and would i be fine with 4GB of RAM?
