I find Classical music interesting. Anyone who says it sucks clearly just doesn't know what real music is.

I'm not sure, but it really doesn't seem that bad to me. It would be different if you used paint or something, but it's just chalk.

I loved the last one, and I'm more stoked to see this movie than Spider-Man 3.

[QUOTE="hammer_of_thor_"]I listen to metal, and I am far from close minded. I hate rap simply because there is very little talent involved with it, yet they all make millions, utter garbage IMO.1337_ownage
yup metal takes alot of talent....screaming and screaming. i guess you have to excersise your throat daily

Yea, you just proved that you know absolutely nothing about Metal. Not all Metal bands scream, and even the one's that do still have musical talent because they actually play instruments and aren't standing up there throwing money around and rhyming to a beat.

(Not all just a lot :/) I hear a lot of them bash rap and says its crap or w/e. I grew up with metal, but now i think im gonna listen to more rap just because of those fools. Then I see a lot of them say stuff like "why do u have to conform to those rappers." We all conform to something and the rock/metal fans are conforming to non conformation. I dont get why all these people are so close minded. Who the hell cares if some kid likes mainstream rap. Mainstream is good too. forgamesonly

Ever heard of someone having a different opinion than yourself? Seems like your just as biased toward their opinions than they are to yours.

[QUOTE="Arch_Angel_21"]

[QUOTE="Greatgone12"]Ick... I hate those guitars... They're just so dumb sounding, and he's arrogant, too. Even more arrogant than Yngwie Malmsteen. Somebody posted some of his videos in the SSN (don't remember who), and they had an interview and a couple of videos of him talking to an audience. What an arrogant, arrogant man.Greatgone12

If you were 1/10 as good as Michael Angelo Batio then you would be arrogant as well....

I can move my fingers fast on a guitar, too. I'm not saying I can move them as fast as MAB, but after I had been playing for about 5 years, you'd be surprised how fast you can move your fingers, too. I've been playing for 11 years, as of last month.

I hate it when these fast guitarists are overlooked when there are these truly innovative guitarists out there making soulful music and these hacks are making money because they can play a lot of notes...

You need to listen more to his music, man. That's what I like about him, he can play slow one minute and get extremely fast the next.

Gimmicks and technique doesn't make one "great". Creeping_Wolf

Try looking for more videos on him playing, he doesn't use many fancy techniques in others. Look for "Rainforest", it's a great song.

I saw that a while back. It's pretty cool. Best of all time, no way. There isn't a way to classify one guitarist as, The Best.metallica_fan42

Oh, I didn't mean greatest of all time, I just meant I think he's one of the greatest of our time; meaning right now.

Meh... shredding with a cheap gimmick... nothing really musically impressive.

And using Smoke On The Water and Crazy Train along with it is not cool either.

I'll take Eric Clapton, Peter Frampton or David Gilmour over him any day of the week.

You make a good point, because David Gilmour is a master at guitar, but what I like about Batio is that, unlike Yngwie, he uses soul in his playing instead of running up and down the neck all the time. He picks his moments, and that's why I like him.
