I dont think you can go wrong with C&C. I've always love those games. Supreme Commander is very different and slightly annoying. For out of the box gameplay go with C&C.

I'm going to take it back a few years... well, a decade. The 11th Hour scared the mess out of me then. Fear was okay. But after getting a taste of STALKER I think that will be the new scary game.

You have a very good point. I am an American and I have seen it first hand in games from other Americans and others who are not. I think society, especially in American has taken a turn latley that anything taboo is funny. Racist slurs and comments are not common place in American speaking, but on Comedy Central, HBO, etc there are many commedians using sterotypes, racism etc in an attempt to be funny. I think kids especially pick up on this and with the level of anonimity online, the fact that they repeat what they see and hear, and also, this is what they have been told is comedy. Now, as an adult, there is no excuse. I can see how society could sway a child to speak that way possibly not knowing any better, but an adult should know better. I don't like hearing racist comments made my way and I don't expect anyone else would either. The fact is, we all bleed the same color. It people who have a narrow minded view on anything different that gives life to racism. Instead of celebrating our differences and enjoying the experience of new races and cultures we try to degrade and demoralize each other because of it. And, in an enviroment of competition like Multiplayer games, this comes out and is made known even moreso.
