I remember my first GTA...In fact it was the original GTA that got me started. I loved the game since, and I remember seeing GTA Vice City for the first time in my life at my friends house. It was pure gold. THIS is what set the standard for videogames of the future. THIS is what defined open gameplay. THIS is what got people talking about Videogames- good or bad. THIS is what MADE PS2 (from the majortity's point of view anyway.) Also, for those asking why GTA San Andreas and Vice City is not in the GGOAT list is becuase it doesn't deserve it in the same sense as GTA III. I'm not saying they are bad games, but GTA III was REVOLUTIONARY. Look that word up and you'll understand why GTA III deserves this induction more than any other GTA. From GTA 1 to San Andreas, this game has changed the course of videogames forever- Thank you Rockstar.
