My Theory is that Divx Is Shutting Down because they made a Deal with Sony to Bring a Divx-Certified Download Service which is said to compete with iTunes and Because if Stage6 stays people who have videos downloaded from the Divx service they could probably try to upload them so then people can download them for free.
