No sir, I don't like it. I like owning the disk. I like that I own my systems and my games. As long as the system is working I can play my games. I don't rely on somebody else. If the company goes bust, then the only thing you have is a useless box.

When developers make a game for multiple platforms, they try to make both versions look and run the same. I really don't see the point in doing these comparisons. Unless GS is just trying to fuel the fanboy wars. People argue about this kind of stuff enough. We don't need GS to encourage them. The games look great on both consoles. Sometimes the PS3 looks better. Sometimes the 360 looks better. You should be ashamed of yourself.

On most of the games neither looks better. Though on R6V2 the xbox looks noticeably better, and the PS3 looks better on GTA and by a small degree on Burnout. But this is all really silly. The graphical difference comes down to the developers with these games. Come talk to me when they release a game for both systems where there is a separate developing team for each system, both teams start from the ground up, and each team is doing their best to make their version shine using the system's strengths. Fanboys, you have no argument. Gamespot, shame on you for encouraging fanboys.

Sony is not pulling some switcharoo on you. They are just doing what they are now able to do. A lawsuit kept them from putting vibration in the sixaxis, and now that suit is settled. I bought a DS3, but I don't really use it. I've been using the FragFX on FPS and my logitech wheel on racing games. However when GTA comes out, I will finally pull it out for regular use.
